Steps That Can Help With Your Migraines
If you been suffering with migraines, I totally hear you.
I used to suffer migraines since I was ten. I’m going to give you some tips that you can do at home to alleviate these horrible headaches. First, you got to make sure you are well hydrated. Your body is 75% water. So if you feel a migraine coming on, go get some nice water.
And if you can put some lemon in the water, even better. Second thing, cold spaces. You can put your house a little cold. You can put a cold pack on your head, a cold pack in your neck. Those two things help tremendously. And a third one, which is a wonderful one, you can do a trigger point right then and there.
Right here, you come to the groove of your hand and you press. It’s going to hurt a little bit. Try to hold it. This is going to alleviate your migraines. I hope these tips help, and I hope to see you in the office.
